August 1st marked Fairlie Agency’s four-year of anniversary.  It has been a roller coaster ride over the past four years and I want to thank the Talent, Casting Directors, Productions, Staff and family and friends of the agency for the tremendous support we have received.

It has been a pleasure to work with all of you and thank you for your continued efforts and faith in the agency.

Cheers to the next four years!

Aaron Rothermund’s Ambiguous

Ambiguous

A writer named Gabriel, and a queer ear-wig named Wigworm collaborate on a perfect character. Can Kyle ever live up to their expectations? Every action is put under a microscope, and Kyle feels the strain. Wigworm tries to spice up the story with a homoerotic fantasy, and Gabriel’s survival mode kicks in. Panic and Hysteria manifest to fight off Wigworm. In the process more characters form. Nick is a former best friend, Claire is the right one for Kyle, but somethings wrong. Rachel is perfect for any man, but it falls apart, Tyler may not be who he seems to be…

The battle royale in Gabriel’s brain will only leave one…

“THEY ALWAYS GET THEIR MAN!”

Randall and Martin, two trust fund babies who are desperate to be famous and get near a celebrity, go out on a mission to prove that the world’s most famous movie star is gay!

Complicating the matter is Randall’s personal life:  his boyfriend Amos was believed to have died in a shipwreck seven years earlier but returns after surviving on a desert island.  What do about current boyfriend Tom, the political activist for whom no fantasy is too small to be fulfilled?!?

Martin and Randall start to investigate their celebrity target, but as they progress they find themselves up against a campy conundrum!  Can They Handle The Truth?

Skinny Jo Productions and Port Moresby productions follow the fully sold-out success hit of The Best Men at Bread & Circus with another comedy by Bil Antoniou.

Directed by Victoria Shepherd, Operation Impervious is a combination of Absolutely Fabulous, I Love Lucy and My Favourite Wife, with a cast headed by Bil Antoniou and Michael Soulard, writer and director of The Best Men.  Rounding out the cast are the talents of Ree Andrews, J.P. Baldwin, Sarah Cunningham, Joel MacMeekin and Alan Shonfield.
